Why I Became a Psychologist
I became a psychologist because I believe understanding is a powerful form of healing. Throughout my training, I found myself drawn to psychological assessment. It fascinated me how the right evaluation can clarify complex symptoms, answer long-held questions, and guide people toward the support they truly need.
Whether someone is navigating ADHD, exploring autism, experiencing trauma, or struggling with depression, clarity provides relief—and that relief opens the door to change. My passion is helping people move from confusion to understanding, and from understanding to action.
My Clinical Approach
Every person who walks into my office brings their own story, strengths, history, and cultural background. I approach each individual with respect, curiosity, and a commitment to creating a safe, judgment-free space.
My work is:
• Evidence-based – grounded in research and proven methods
• Culturally responsive – honoring your identity, values, and lived experiences
• Practical and collaborative – focused on real-life solutions and shared goals
• Strength-oriented – helping you build on what’s already working
Whether through therapy or psychological testing, I aim to help you understand yourself more clearly and take meaningful steps toward wellbeing.
